Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only. If you wish to exchange a product, please ensure that it is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Requests for exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving the order. Once approved, the exchanged item will be shipped to you after we receive and inspect the original product.
Return Policy
We do not offer refunds. However, if you wish to return a product, we will issue website tokens equal to the value of the returned item. These tokens can be used for your next purchase on our website.
The returned product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items such as discounted products, special collections, or customized orders may not be eligible for exchange or website tokens.
Condition of Items
All returned or exchanged products must be in their original, intact condition — unused and the same as received. Please make sure the product is securely packed to avoid any damage during return transit.
Partial Payment Orders
For prepaid and partial COD orders, any exchange or return value will be adjusted through website tokens. The balance amount (if any) will not be refunded to the original payment mode.
